Bishop Kevin Vann bestowed a blessing on the Anaheim White House restaurant during a ceremony on Sunday, July 1. The restaurant, owned by Chef Bruno Serato, was destroyed by a fire last year and recently re-opened. Some 150 patrons celebrated the special day.
Serato founded Caterina’s Club through his restaurant, a nonprofit named for his mother. Caterina’s Club now serves warm, nutritional meals to underprivileged children each week in Orange County and throughout the world.
