In his speech to those gathered for the Charlemagne Prize ceremony in the Sala Regia at the Vatican, Pope Francis shared his dreams for Europe. They included hope for migrants, the elderly, the dignity of every human being, turning away from consumerism, employment opportunities and a Europe that promises and protects the rights of everyone.
