THIS RECIPE IS ONE of my family’s favorites. We gift it to neighbors and friends every year. I hope someone else enjoys it as much as we do!

DIRECTIONS
Let dough rise for 1 hour
Prep pan with 2 tbsp. oil for baking
After 1 hour, let rise for another 15 minutes on baking pan
Add a slice of butter on top of each round mound of dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place in oven and bake for 18-20 minutes
Serve with soups, balsamic vinegar or olive oil
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp oregano
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
6 cloves minced garlic
2 ½ cups flour
