Bishop Vann has called on all Catholics to join him in praying and opposing Senate Bill 24, which would require all state colleges and universities to offer students free access to the “abortion pill.”
In addition, the bishop calls all Catholics to visit the California Catholic Conference website for instructions on how to express their opposition to SB 24 and urge their legislators to vote against the bill.
