Nearly 300 business and community leaders, family and friends attended the 17th annual Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America Men of Character Dinner on April 21 at the Irvine Marriott. The event raised nearly $130,000 for scouting programs.

The six Orange County men pictured above were recognized as lifetime contributions to their community and for their support of helping build future men of character. These outstanding individuals, including several Eagle Scouts, represent many charitable endeavors with years of passion for the Orange County community and beyond.

“Each honoree exemplifies the traits of the Scout Law and sets a noble example of leadership and volunteerism for young men to emulate,” said Jeff Herrmann, president and scout executive of the Orange County Council.
