An icon in the culinary circles of Orange County, Antonio Cagnolo, the proprietor of Antonello Ristorante in Santa Ana, is a lifelong Catholic. Raised by nuns in Italy, he found he needed even more spiritual support when he came to this country to make a life for himself. He found it in the Bible. Since then, he’s collected nearly 80 in his personal collection. He shares them with OC Catholic TV in this video.
