Due to popular demand, Friday Fish Fry dinners at St. Irenaeus in Cypress now include walk-up service along with drive-thru style, thanks to the Cypress Knights of Columbus Council 8599.
The expanded service, with COVID health safety protocols, continues on consecutive Fridays through March 26 from 5-7 p.m. at the St. Irenaeus Parish Hall.
Reservations are encouraged, but not required, and prepaid tickets are not needed. However, tickets can be purchased outside the St. Irenaeus School flagpole after Saturday and Sunday Masses through March 21.
The cost of a full dinner of fish & chips and cole slaw is just $8 for adults; $6 for children; or two slices of cheese pizza for just $5.
Everyone is invited to pick up a delicious dinner with someone else having done the cooking for you.
St. Irenaeus Catholic Church is located at 5201 Evergreen Ave. in Cypress, between Lincoln and Orange, on Grindlay.
