Registration is underway for the 30th Annual Notre Dame Club of Orange County’s charity golf tournament, set for Monday May 8th at Aliso Viejo Country Club.

“The tournament is the primary way the NDCOC funds numerous worthy causes including its weekly community service opportunity at the Southwest Community Center in Santa Ana. Club volunteers serve 5,200 to 6,200 hot meals each year to those in need,” according to club president Paul Irving.

Tournament check-in begins at 9 a.m., with a complimentary Bloody Mary bar and lunch provided by “Taco Man.” A Shotgun Start begins at 11 a.m. with beverages and snacks on the course, plus raffle items, prizes, and “longest drive” and “closest to the pin” contests.

Event chairperson Paul Nolta says that following the day’s golfing, the evening will conclude with a dinner and silent auction of unique items and experiences, hosted by former Notre Dame star quarterback Steve Beuerlein, a graduate of Servite High School in Anaheim.

Fee for a single golfer is $225, and $900 for a foursome. Aliso Viejo Country Club is located at 33 Santa Barbara Drive, Aliso Viejo, Calif. 92656.
