Earlier this month Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis, Mo. welcomed nearly 100 of its alumni priests for the annual Alumni Day celebration. The classes of 1992, 1967, and 1957 celebrated their Silver, Gold, and Diamond Jubilees. The alumni and seminary community thanked them for their many years of faithful service in the Church.
During the banquet, Bishop Kevin Vann, Class of 1981 and currently Bishop of Orange, CA, was presented with the Distinguished Alumni Award. The seminary acknowledged Bishop Vann for his leadership in the Dioceses of Springfield, Fort Worth, and Orange, in addition to his service to his alma mater.
