Pope Francis has signed off, literally, on the work of two California surfers who spearhead an organization that allows the rescue of many young people escaping war and poverty in Liberia.
The surfers’ work syncs with the Pope’s initiative that brings together sports and film stars to teach young people the virtues of teamwork and ethics.
